There are houses that shelter, and others that make a statement. Pyramide clearly belongs to the latter: a bold manifesto perched on the ridge of Pointe Milou, with its feet anchored in the island and its gaze locked on the Atlantic — and the most shameless sunsets in the Caribbean.

Designed in 1990 by architect Olivier Dain, the villa has undergone several transformations over time —

the most recent in 2022, conceived to endure. Each renovation respected its original line while

refining its function.

Half an acre carved into the hillside, wrapped in palms, bougainvillea, and lazy hibiscus. A setting

designed for those who appreciate space without ostentation.

Inside, 340 square meters crafted for fluid movement, free of unnecessary partitions. Add to that 86

square meters of covered terraces extending the living spaces, and 550 square meters of open decks

in wood and stone, all facing the horizon. Two pools, including an 18-meter lap pool with an integrated

waterfall — a gentle punctuation in the ambient silence. Three suites, each imagined as a retreat:

private terraces, king-size beds for luxurious insomnia, and yes, a jacuzzi.

The brushed stainless steel kitchen is anything but rustic: two ovens, five-burner gas range, two

dishwashers, an American fridge — everything in place, ready to match the rhythm of its residents.

Let’s be clear: Villa Pyramide doesn’t merely offer a view. It affirms your ambitions.
