Douglas, a United States and EU citizen has been one of the island’s luminaries for all things real estate over the past 30 years. First arriving on St Barth in the early 90s, he went on to open real estate offices in Aspen, Nantucket and Stowe, Vermont. He has also formed real estate partnerships in luxury locations that include Monaco, St Tropez, Capri, Portofino, Harbour Island, Lago Como and Lyford Cay. He has seen the St Barth real estate market transform into the pinnacle of luxury, triumphing through disasters, such as the 2008 financial crisis and Hurricanes Luis and Irma thus viewing the island from a unique global lens. His passions include his children, travel (over 100 countries) and sailing. He and his fabulous girlfriend spend about eight months a year on St Barth with two months in Vermont and two months in Europe.

Born in Paris in a family of doctors and architects, Jean-Pierre Hennequet studied urbanism at Paris Sciences Politiques Institute. Well traveled (90 countries) he has been active in many luxury fields. But his forte for 35 years has been real estate, from large urban renovations and new developments in France, China and Vietnam, to private historical buildings renovations in France. He discovered St Barth in 1979, and has lived on the island since 2003 developing there a discreet boutique type real estate activity in transactions and high end rentals. JP loves many forms of arts: photography, painting, sculpture, music… And he could not imagine life without books.He actually co-founded the St Barth Book Festival around 15 years ago and co-managed it for ten years.

Fatima Laviolette born in Bordeaux, France has come on to the St Barth real estate scene like a ball of fire. With over €120 million worth of unlisted properties in her first year, a number that would make the most seasoned US broker a lifetime achievement goal. A former psychology student from the University of Bordeaux and French real estate loan broker, but it is her experience as a restaurant manager that led her to St Barth to open for the uber successful St Barth live music venue Arawak Cafe. Fati has taken her incredible work ethic to the real estate field of St Barth.
